At Nandi’s Kitchen + Bar, we believe that food tells a story. Our journey began in 2003 when Nandi took over his favourite local restaurant, Goldies Gourmet. As time went on, he expanded Goldies Gourmet to become Goldies Flavours of India, and eventually Nandi's Flavours of India which quickly became a Kamloops favorite. After selling Nandi's Flavours of India in 2021, Nandi operated Harvest by Nandi until June 2024, where his vision for Nandi's Kitchen + Bar was born.

His passion for Indian cuisine led him to create an inviting space where people can experience traditional dishes with a twist. Inspired by local ingredients and global flavors, each meal at our restaurant is crafted to be a unique experience, blending age-old recipes with exciting new influences. Our menu spans everything from authentic thali specials to inventive small plates, all designed to bring people together and celebrate the rich diversity of Indian cuisine.
